1888
The founder begins producing wooden parts of looms.
1897
Jacquard looms manufacturing and sales started.
1930
Dobby looms manufacturing and sales started.
1956
Product lines switched to machined parts.
1963
Company established as Ishii Machinery Incorporation with a capitalization of two million yen. Principal product lines switched to tools, fixtures and precision machined parts.
1968
Capitalization increases to four million yen. Company joins Cooperative Association of Ashikaga Ironworks Industrial Estate.
1970
3,100 sq.m of the factory site obtained in the Ashikaga Fukutomimachi Mikuriya Industrial Estate. Construction of new factory and office providing 918 sq.m of floor space completed. Company relocated to the new site. Capitalization increases to eight million yen. The company reorganized as Ishii Machinery Co., Ltd.
1972
Engineering design functional organization formed. Manufacturing of tools, fixtures and machinery provided for special purpose and labor-saving started. Business is concentrated on the design and manufacturing for hydraulic equipment and parts.
1975
Capitalization increase to twelve million yen.
1977
Can manufacturing (plate working) started. Full-scale production line covering material procurement, plate working, machining and assembly for various types of products provided.
1980
Additional assembly factory (550 sq.m) and raw materials warehouse (100 sq.m) constructed. Capitalization increases to twenty million yen.
1982
Additional can manufacturing factory (400 sq.m) constructed. Additional warehouse and parking lot provided in the adjacent site (1,000 sq.m)
1983
Wako Giken Co., Ltd. was established as an engineering and design department with a capital of 5 million yen.
1988
Ota Plant newly set up in Ota City. Assembly factory and office (1,105 sq.m) constructed in the site area (2,520 sq.m).
1989
The site area of 3,300 sq.m obtained for factory use in Fukutomi-shinchou, Ashikaga City.
1990
Production of component parts for the small-size machinery started.
1992
The site area of 1,100 sq.m obtained next to the head factory to provide additional factory for manufacturing component parts of the small-size machinery.
1993
Omae factory consolidated to Ashikaga head factory.
1997
The site area of 3,300 sq.m obtained next to the head factory. The entire company function consolidated to this site.
2002
ISO9001 Quality Management System certified.
2008
JISQ9100 Aerospace Quality Management System certified.
2018
The new factory named M FACTORY with a site area of 2,600 square meters and a floor space area of 1,700 square meters newly constructed.
